Make sure tunerpro is not running. Make sure to follow instructions carfully, failure to do so may leave
the device in an usable state.

Open Hyperterminal and creat new connection, call it whatever. 
Where is says "Connect using" Select the com port the programmer makes. It will usally by the last 
com port available. So if you have com1,com2 and com3 it will be com3. Change flowcontrol to none 
and click OK. 

Once connected, type in upper the letter A , you should get a message on screen. Go to call and disconnect. 
Exit hyperteminal then unplug and replug the programmer from the USB. Run the HidBootLoader.exe.
It should say device detected. Click on Allow configuration word programming then open hex file. Select 
the firmware you want to use.  Click Program/Verify, it will say verify fail, this is ok as we are only updating 
the configuration. This time uncheck Allow configuration word programming and open hex file again. 
Click the Program/Verify, this thime you should see verify was ok. Verify again to be sure. If all went well
you can click reset device. 

Thats it. If tunerpro doesnt connect just unplug and replug the USB.
